Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days. You will receive a ‘despatched’ notification via email once your items are on the way so you can look forward to their arrival. Please note, we have no control over the delivery times during any Royal Mail strikes. Therefore we just ask you to be aware of the postal situation before placing your order, especially if you are needing the item for a specific date. We are always available via email if you would like to send us a message with any special requirements.
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
MAINLAND UK STANDARD DELIVERY (1st Class)
UK Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your order following your despatch notice.

Tracked 24 and 48 Delivery
On our Memory books and Diaries, due to their cost and sentimental value we offer a 24/48 hour tracked service via Royal Mail. We would advise this option be selected as this will ensure smooth delivery and up to date progress on your parcels journey.
Non-mainland UK Delivery
Delivery to non-mainland UK is priced as above for mainland UK, however, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.
International Standard Delivery
International standard delivery is by Royal Mail. For orders going to Europe, please allow 5-8 working days following your despatch notice. For items going to the Rest of the World, please allow 10-14 days following the receipt of your despatch notice.

Lost or Damaged Items
If you have not received your delivery within the expected time frame or your item has arrived damaged, you will need to contact us within 28 days at [email protected] with the full details. You will not be able to claim for loss of delivery/product after this period.
Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on personalised items. If however, your items have been received damaged or faulty then please contact us at [email protected] and we will organise your return and / or refund.

Our customers are very important to us at Isla and Boe, and we will always endeavour to make your order with love and process it within the times stated. However, we are a small business and as the world has currently experienced over the last two years, not everything goes to plan!
